Triplechic™ Return & Exchange Policy (Optimized Version)

General Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Review (Required)

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us at

Our customer support team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps if your case qualifies under our policy or discretionary review.

Important: Returns or exchanges are not automatic and must be approved by Triplechic™ before any item is sent back.


Step 2: Return Authorization & Shipping

If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return or exchange address and detailed instructions.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

Shipping Responsibility:

  • For approved returns or exchanges not related to defects or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Triplechic™ will cover all return shipping costs


Step 3: Resolution (Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 3–5 business days), we will proceed with one of the following, depending on eligibility:

  • Store credit (most common resolution)

  • Exchange / replacement item

  • Refund to original payment method (only if explicitly approved)

You will receive an email confirmation once your case has been resolved.


Important Policy Notes

  • Do not return items to the sender’s address on your package

  • Returns without approval will not be processed

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and contact details are correct

  • Triplechic™ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or refused shipments


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned due to size, fit, or personal preference

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Replacement or exchange items that have already been sent


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Refund Timeline (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection

  • Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 7 additional business days to appear

  • If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact us for assistance
